A work permit in Ukraine will cost 2 minimum for those persons who plan to obtain it for a period of 6 months or less.
A work permit for a period of 1 to 3 years will cost 6 minimums.

 

To obtain a work permit in Ukraine you must:

 

Submit documents to the Employment Center, which is located at the employer’s location.
The documents will be reviewed within 7 working days, after which the latter will be informed of the decision made.

What is a work permit in Ukraine:

What documents are needed to renew the permit (provided that it is submitted at least 30 days before the date of termination):

two color photographs;

failure to submit a copy of the employment contract; early termination of the employment agreement (contract) with the employer;

establishing the unreliability of data in documents submitted for registration of RNT;

entry into force of a conviction;

reducing the period of temporary stay of a foreigner in Ukraine or his expulsion from abroad;

establishing facts of using the labor of a foreigner on conditions other than those specified in the work permit, or by another employer.

 

Very often, in order not to bother with preparing the relevant documents, employers resort to the so-called “trick” - they illegally hire emigrants. Since, most often, such frauds are discovered (and it is not always possible to get by with a simple bribe), you may be interested in the consequences: in the case of using the labor of a foreigner without a registered RNT, the employer will be charged a fine of twenty times the minimum wage for each foreigner.
